Where Avenew began.

Avenew opened its first office in Doral in January 2020. One floor. One thesis. Build the brokerage Miami didn't have yet. Six years later, the original location is closed — and the founding floor is back, this time in Downtown Doral. The address evolved. The thesis didn't.

Downtown Doral is 250 acres of mixed-use — Class-A office towers, 5,000+ residential units, the shops, the schools, the city hall. The center of gravity for everything happening in the city. Moving the founding floor here was a calculated bet: be where the buyers, sellers, and capital actually are. Not where they used to be.

The market here is its own thing. West Miami-Dade is new-construction country — production homes, condo conversions, builder developments, business communities that don't behave like the Brickell tower market or the Coral Gables single-family world. The Downtown Doral office is built for that work. Two co-managing brokers running point. A team trained on builder relationships, new-construction contracts, multilingual closings, and the volume that comes with it.
