The same operating team, the same systems, a new market. Avenew's first floor outside the United States.
Team announced on launch.
To everyone in the Avenew orbit. Agents, clients, partners, future joiners, anyone watching what we're building from the outside. A few words on where we are, what we learned, and where we're going next.
Six years ago, Avenew didn't exist. Today we operate from four offices across Miami: Doral, Brickell, Sunset / South Miami, and Coral Gables. Hundreds of agents under license. A leadership team that runs like founders. Every one of those offices was earned. None were inherited.
This was always the goal. Not to start a brokerage. To build the brokerage Miami didn't have yet. One that treats agent hunger as the primary asset. One that builds the systems most firms outsource. One that goes after markets instead of waiting to be invited into them.
Year six
The industry has been told a story about itself for the last two decades. That technology would commodify it. That iBuyers would replace agents. That brokerages should look like SaaS companies. None of it was true.
What actually changed is simpler. Buyers got more international. Inventory got more concentrated. Capital moved faster. The agents who win are the ones with systems behind them. Not the ones with the largest databases. Not the ones with the loudest social. The ones who close.
Avenew bet on systems first, agents second, scale third. Six years in, the bet held. The brokerages that bet on tech as replacement are quietly reorganizing. The ones that scaled without infrastructure are getting absorbed.
Four production floors. Each with its own broker, its own market, its own engine. Doral runs builder country and west Miami-Dade. Brickell runs the bilingual high-end tower market. Coral Gables runs single-family luxury and international buyers. Sunset runs the South Miami corridor.
Behind all four: shared MLS infrastructure, lead routing systems, marketing operations most brokerages outsource, compliance run in-house, training cycles every quarter. Agents at Avenew don't pay for the systems they need to produce. They pay for the floor that produces around them.
That model held under stress. It scaled without breaking. It's why we're here.
Year seven
Year seven is international. Mexico City opens early 2026. Madrid follows by year end. Six offices. Three countries. Same model. Same standard. Different markets.
We are not franchising. We are not licensing the brand. Every Avenew floor anywhere will be run by the same operating team, on the same systems, under the same broker of record. Production first. Vanity never.
The same operating team, the same systems, a new market. Avenew's first floor outside the United States.
Team announced on launch.
Three countries, one standard. The Madrid floor, run under the same broker of record.
If you're an agent who wants to lead, not match the bar but set it, Avenew is hiring. If you're a client who wants a brokerage that takes your transaction more seriously than its commission, work with us. If you're a partner with a project that deserves the best representation in Miami, bring it. If you're watching from the outside, keep watching. Year seven is going to be louder.
If you have been here from the start, thank you. If you are new, welcome. None of this is possible without the people who showed up early and the people still showing up.
Year six built the foundation. Year seven plants the flag.
Onward.
