Horacio Ferrando founded Avenew Realty in January 2020 with one office in Doral and a single thesis: production is the floor, not the ceiling. Six years later, that thesis runs four offices across Miami-Dade, hundreds of agents under license, and an expansion plan that opens Mexico City and Madrid in 2026.
